Swanke Hayden Connell Architects, an international architects company owning various awards, activates in Turkey since 1986 and officialy activates under Swanke Hayden Connell Mimarlık A.Ş. trade title since 1995. Together with İş Bankası Kuleleri (İş Bank Towers) and Tekfen Tower, the 2 projects leading the international office investments, it has completed many local projects in the city center. For the last six years, SHCA offers project design service in different fields through the strong cooperation established with London office. Some of these projects are; Coleman Street, Central Notts Hospital, Jennie Lee Building, etc… international projects being appreciated in London.

HEATING - COOLING SYSTEM
Heating with natural gas-fired boilers for offices and common areas, the cooling system with water-cooled chillers will be made in the central system. Using 4-pipe fan coil units for heating and cooling systems in public areas will be realized. For heating and cooling installations of Office will be left ready and suitable for installation 4-pipe fan-coil systems infrastructure. Heating and cooling costs for each individual department will be measured by calorimetry. Shops - grocery - cafe areas for VRF infrastructure will be prepared.

CONSTRUCTION
The tools using in implementation will be proper to Turkish Manufacturing Standarts, Prosperity Specifications, and national norms.
FRONT SPIECE
Cutain Wall Sytem will be used for exterior.There are high heat and sound insulation features in exterior.The wind simulation test was made according to exterior design.
WALL
There are gas concrete and gypsum board that lead to sound isolation between independent walls.Wet in 1st class ceramic tiles will be made available in public areas. There are gas concrete and gypsum board that don’t reach to ceiling in store walls. There are gas concrete and gypsum board in communal areas.
WALL COATINGS
The floor of independent areas will be reinforced concrete that suitable for false floor. The false floor will completed by owner or tenant. There will be fieldstone covering in communal areas and floors. Fieldstone, ceramic, carpet, wood etc. will be used social parts of communal areas. All of the services and fire escape corridors will be paint covered concrete.
WALL COATINGS
Independent chapter walls will be delivered as made of aerated concrete or plaster over drywall. In all elevator halls will be used natural stone cladding. Common architecture in the social area materials will be used in the project in accordance with the wood, natural stone, wall paper, plaster painting, etc... All service and fire escape corridorpaint will be applied by concrete.
DOORS
Independent section gates’ doors will be temporarily completed as aluminum. Then, the doors which are suitable for the interior decoration will be made by the owner or tenant. Fire-resistantance certified steel doors with panic push bar will be installed in areas where fire regulations require. Tower revolving glass door entrance to the project and appropriate standards will be found. Steel or aluminum casing wood veneer doors that suitable for architectural projects will be made in the public areas. Wet doors will be compact laminate door. Warehouse doors will be steel framed with steel or aluminum doors.
CEILS
The ceilings in independent areas will be concrete. Plasterboard suspended ceiling will be produced in communal areas. All wet areas of commonunal areas plasterboard suspended ceiling or ceiling material based on design parameters. Parking ceilings, concrete fire escape and service corridors will be delivered as concrete ceilings painted with plastic paint.
WET AREAS
First quality water-saving fixtures that are appropriate to Leed Criteria will be used. Production of compact laminate partitions will be carried out in wet areas. 1st class ceramic tiles will be made on the floor according to the Project.

To meet the energy structure medium voltage switchgears and substation facilities that are found will be in the transformer. Due to high structure; power distribution Busbar system will be established for floors.The project with local regulations on electrical installations will be designed in accordance with European and International Standards.
BACKUP POWER SYSTEM
When the utility power fails, all the needs of structure will meet 100 % diesel generator, Security systems, computers, office management , computer and telephone systems , alarm systems , fire alarm and fire dampers feeding the UPS infrastructure will be created in structure.
LIGHTING SYSTEM
The common areas will be provided with 1 class lighting fixtures. Emergency lighting and emergency exit guidance lighting in public spaces and car parks will be provided with a sufficient amount of emergency luminaires.
ELEVATORS
According to the number of floors of the office building serving the project and technical features staff elevators one service and firefighter elevators ; parking facility elevator will be in accordance with the number and specifications of the project. EMS can be monitored from the control room lift (elevator menagement System) will be established. Security cameras and emergency evacuation system will be established in the cabin.

VENTILATION SYSTEM
The infrastructure of the office floors will be prepared fresh air and exhaust systems for each individual office, the heat recovery unit type will be made by the central ventilation air handling units. 10 m² / person admission and 50 m³ / h fresh air will be provided. Office floors will be made central air conditioning in wet areas. In the parking floors normal ventilation and smoke exhaust system will be implemented as fan'l jet system. Smoke evacuation system on all floors, fire escapes and emergency elevator pressurization will be applied.
FIRE EQUIPMENT
Automatic sprinkler system throughout the building (sprinklers) will apply. Fire cabinets will be placed in common areas, fire hydrants will be placed around the building. Interoffice pendent ( drooping type) sprinkler system will be done by Landlord / Tenant
PLUMBING
Ladies and gentlemen of the office floors will be wet common locality. All the materials used will be in accordance with TSA and other national regulations. Central water reservoir and pump systems will be implemented. Hot water needs will be met with the local electric water heaters.
